Mixing standard 10ml e-liquid can be done, but it's never going to match the flavour of liquids that are made to be mixed with nicotine shots. This is especially poignant when mixing nic salt e liquids too!

Propylene Glycol (PG) and Vegetable Glycerin (VG) serve as the foundation of your vape liquid.

 When you combine two liquids that deviate from these two ratios you will create a mix that will not deliver a fine-tuned throat hit and or ample vapour production.

For the best flavour experience, allow your newly mixed e-liquid to steep. Steeping involves letting the liquid sit in a dark, cool place for a few days or longer.
